Order Modifications & Cancellations

Because industrial valves and pipe fittings are often allocated or manufactured to specific size and material constraints (e.g., carbon steel grades or custom threading metrics), order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase or formal contract signing. Once raw materials are processed or dispatch configurations are locked, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Shipments

Upon delivery to your facility or industrial site, all items must be thoroughly inspected for transport damage or manufacturing defects.

• Any discrepancy in product count, dimensions, or structural integrity must be reported to our customer service team within 7 business days of receipt.
• Valid structural flaws or out-of-tolerance components will be repaired, modified, or replaced at our expense upon verification.

Returns Eligibility

Standard, non-customized inventory items may be considered for return or exchange under the following conditions:

• The items are completely unused, uninstalled, and in their original delivered state.
• The customer bears the shipping and logistical costs associated with transferring the stock back to our designated warehouse facility in Pakistan.
• No cash refunds are offered; approved returns will be credited to the client’s commercial corporate account for future supply procurement.
